The National airline of Dubai, Emirates Airlines has announced an increase in capacity on the Birmingham to Dubai route. Emirates which flies twice daily from Birmingham Airport to Dubai is to replace the Airbus A330 with a larger capacity Boeing 777 300-ER aircraft. The increase in capacity will result in an 11% increase in seats on the route. The new aircraft will operate on the evening departure from the aircraft. The Dubai route is popular with Birmingham passengers both for travel to Dubai and for onward flights to destinations in the Far East and Australia. The Far East expanding airline has been flying from Birmingham since 2000, adding a second daily service in 2005. Book now with Emirates Airlines
