Ryanair to expand at Birmingham airport?

The low cost airline, Ryanair has indicated that it will continue with its expansion at Birmingham Airport. Ryanair which only set up its Birmingham base in 2008 hopes to increase passenger numbers from the airport to 1.65 million in 2010. The proposed expansion could see up to 700 new jobs at Birmingham Airport being created.
The airline already is already operating 27 routes from Birmingham to destinations in Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Oslo and Denmark. The airline is looking into the possibility of adding to this list. Ryanair is great choice for travellers looking for low cost flights to Europe, remember to book early and if your itinerary allows then book off peak for even lower fares.
